Company Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Delivery and Risk
The Buyer is responsible for the products from the time of delivery to their address provided.

2, Rejection of Goods
The Buyer may reject products that are defective. To create a case for goods which may be defective please contact us directly by telephone, email or post, advising us of the date the goods were purchased, along with reference / order number and the reason for rejection.

3. Conditions of Return
Any items being returned must be un-used and in its original condition, with original packaging. Once received we will contact the buyer to discuss the best method to resolve any issues.

4. Returns are subject to a Handling Charge of 20%.
